Entertainment mogul Robert F.X. Sillerman is looking to unload a chunk of his personal real estate portfolio: Six of his homes in Manhattan, Anguilla and the Hamptons are available for a total of $107 million.
Mr. Sillerman, founder of the electronic dance music conglomerate SFX Your ValueYour Change Short position has listed his eight-bedroom oceanfront home in Southampton, top right, for $39 million with Tim Davis of the Corcoran Group. He will list a roughly 37,000-square-foot estate on the Caribbean island of Anguilla for $19.5 million with Trophy Properties. He’s selling three smaller Anguilla villas, one of which can be seen at top, and will relist one of his Manhattan townhouses, above, at the reduced price of $28 million.
If purchased together, the listings “afford somebody the opportunity to buy a global lifestyle in one fell swoop,” Said Caroline Holl of Corcoran, who is listing Mr. Sillerman’s 70th Street townhouse along with Leighton Candler.
Mr. Sillerman, 66, said in an email that he and his wife Laura still have property in each of the three locations, but “this is a step toward simplifying our lives.” Among his holdings that are not on the market: four other Hamptons properties, a parcel of waterfront land in Anguilla and a Manhattan townhouse on 72nd Street that he bought in 2013 for $12 million, according to public records.
